The team at RyeDoodle Boarding, Training & K-9 Sport Complex is passionate about providing compassionate, science-based training and exceptional care in a safe, enriching environment. From personalized training programs to attentive boarding care, our experienced staff is dedicated to supporting each dog’s physical and emotional well-being while strengthening the bond between dogs and their families.
Tiana Shuster
Tiana Shuster purchased the "All Seasons Pet Care RC" in March, 2022. Tiana is committed to her clients and their pets.
Since that time, several exciting changes have taken place. RyeDoodle Boarding, Training & K-9 Sport Complex continues to evolve with our clients and their pets in mind. We have invested in upgraded software to make scheduling and managing appointments easier and more convenient for our clients. To improve comfort and usability year-round, the sand arena flooring was replaced with heated concrete, creating a safer and more comfortable training environment in all seasons.
We have also expanded our offerings to include exciting canine sports such as Barn Hunt and Dock Diving. Our facility features a 45-foot, indoor heated pool designed for both therapeutic swimming and high-energy dock diving events, giving dogs a fun, low-impact way to build strength, confidence, and conditioning. These upgrades reflect Tiana’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care, innovative training opportunities, and a safe, enriching experience for every dog.

I was born and raised in North Dakota and ended up in the Black Hills 20 years ago to study Veterinary Technology. I fell in love with the area and eventually married my husband Blaine and had two children. I left the vet tech world and traded it in for human medical, but have really missed working with all the animals and their people. I have been with RyeDoodle for just about 1 year and I have loved being able to care for all the animals and introduce people to all the ways they can spend time with their pets. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs. When I am not working you can find me hiking or doing dog sports. My kids and I currently participate in AKC Conformation, NADD dock diving, and Fast CAT. We also love to participate in 4H and meeting new friends. I am excited to meet you and care for your furry family members.

Brenda Belmonte, CPDT-KA, CNWI
Brenda has been coaching students and their dogs for more than 40 years. She is a mentor trainer for the CATCH Dog Training Academy and the Animal Behavior College.
Brenda shares her home with three dogs and two cats, actively competes in a variety of dog sports, and loves teaching at RyeDoodle in our pool and barn hunt rings.
Brenda is also the owner of Happy Tails Dog Training Center and Two Paws Up Dog Training, LLC.

Erica Kelley
Hi! I’m Erica. I am new to the RyeDoodle team and I absolutely love working here! I love dogs and the fact that I get to work with them everyday is amazing! I have 3 dogs of my own. Romeo is a German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky mix and is 5. Finn is an extremely mixed breed (19 breeds) and is 2. Millie is a Teddy Bear puppy (shih tzu & bichon frise) and is 10 months. I have also been married for 26 years and I have 2 amazing daughters.

I found this job through participation in ExtraOrdinary Friends Pennington County 4-H Dog Project. I enjoy working at RyeDoodle because I love working with animals and my co-workers are amazing!

Pet Care Specialist We have 4 dogs. I have worked at RyeDoodle for since early 2026.. I love working with dogs, and I compete with my dog, an Australian Shepherd, in Jr. Showmanship, Barn Hunt, Rally, Obedience, Dock Diving, and Scentwork.
I started competing in 4-H, and I now love competing in AKC events and NADAC Agility.

As a pet care specialist I have gained valuable experience with handling small animals before I go to college at SDSU this fall, to start my journey into veterinary medicine. I have loved every bit of my experience and feel more prepared for my future!
